Bienvenue a Paris

Welcome to Chez Grisette, where you can begin to live like a Parisian.

In a quiet residential street in the chic 10th arrondissement, the apartment has been designed to be a luxurious home from home, where you can retreat and relax after a busy day or night in the city.

The one-bedroom apartment is on the first floor (Americans say second floor) of a traditional Haussmann-era building in rue Marie et Louise, just one street back from the tree-lined Canal St Martin. You look out on plant-filled balconies and your neighbours will be a typical Parisians, most of whom defy the traditional stereotype by being friendly and smiley.

You'll find a good range of restaurants, cafes and bars in the street and nearby, including the achingly hip Prune Nuit, the cocktail bar sister of Chez Prune, the bobo cafe par excellence. What's bobo? It stands for bourgeois bohemian, the kind of Parisian played by Audrey Tatou in Amelie - fashionable, intellectual and above all cool.
